SOPHIE is an electronic music artist from the United Kingdom who has been creating music since the early 2010s. They released their first singles in 2013, as part of a larger collection entitled "Product." Throughout their career they have collaborated with other major electronic and pop producers, such as Charli XCX, Vince Staples, and popular drag queen performer, Mykki Blanco. As an innovator of “hyper-pop” sound, SOPHIE has been credited for their pioneering work in the pop music industry as well as for expanding the boundaries of electronic music. They have produced and released over 6 solo and collaborative albums, contributed to over 10 remixes, and provided production credits for a variety of other artists. Their 2019 album Oil Of Every Pearl’s Un-Insides was their first major solo album. The 2020 release, A.A.M.O, of instrumental music, marked SOPHIE’s most ambitious album
