Sunk Loto is a four-piece alternative rock band from Sydney, Australia. The group is comprised of Dean Turner on lead vocals and guitar, Sam Henning on guitar and backing vocals, Kyle O’Neill on bass and backing vocals, and Jake Graham on drums. Since forming in 1997, they have released 3 studio albums, with their debut album, Six String Soul, achieving Gold status in Australia. Sunk Loto’s sound is often compared to an amalgamation of alt-rock, punk and grunge music, and their lyrics often reflect topics such as passion, personal struggle, and anger. Through constant touring and numerous single and EP releases, the band has come to amass a rabidly loyal following, especially in their native Australia.
