The Convalescence is a metalcore-focused music artist from the American Midwest. Formed in 2010, they have been in the metalcore scene for over a decade now. Led by vocalist and guitarist Mike Duncan, the group has released three full-length albums, beginning with their 2013 album 'Eternity Approaching'. Their sophomore effort, 2017's 'Embrace the Chaos', gained a lot of traction, reaching #2 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart. Their latest record, 'The House of Nightmares', dropped in 2019 to further critical acclaim. The Convalescence have performed on the Rockstar Energy Mayhem Tour and headlined many shows throughout Europe.
