The Funky Monks are a jazz-funk band from the Netherlands. Founded in Amsterdam in 2010, the Funky Monks have since become one of the premier funk/jazz bands in Europe, sharing the stage with the likes of Maceo Parker, the Red Hot Chili Peppers and James Brown. The Funky Monks have released four studio albums since their formation and have been regularly touring and performing throughout Europe and beyond.
