The Temprees are a 1970s soul/R&B vocal group. They were formed in the late 1960s and became mainstays of the American soul and gospel music scene. The Temprees original line-up consisted of Don and Sylvia Roberts, Joe Sharp, Eugene Grier, and Christopher Johnson. Since their formation, they have released four studio albums and a handful of singles. They are best known for their hit song, "Dedicated To The One I Love," released in 1975 on 50 West Records. Their other hits include "Love Maze", "Love Vibration", and "Lovely Lady". The Temprees were nominated for two Grammy Awards and have toured the United States and Europe. They continue to perform their classic soul hits to this day.
