Ugly Kid Joe is an American rock band, active since 1987. Their sound was one of the most distinctive bands to emerge from the 1990s and they are best known for tracks such as 'Everything About You' and 'Cats in the Cradle'. The band released their debut album, 'America's Least Wanted' in 1992 and it went on to be certified for gold in the US. Two further albums followed, 'Menace To Sobriety' (1995) and 'Motel California' (1996), the former going platinum in the US. In 1996, the band disbanded, but they later reunited in 2010 and released their fourth album, 'Stairway To Hell', in 2012. Ugly Kid Joe has been nominated for two Grammys and continues to tour and write music, with their last album, 'Uglier Than They Used ta Be', being released in 2015.
