Yannis Kotsiras is a renowned Greek musician and songwriter known for his passion for music and unique work. He has collaborated with some of the most well-known Greek artists, such as Eleutheria Arvanitaki and Yorgos Dalaras.His solo career took off in 1988 with the release of his first album titled Anavis Foties. He has since released more than 20 albums, including Best Of Yannis Kotsiras, a compilation of his greatest hits.Kotsiras is known for his unique style of music which combines traditional Greek rhythms with contemporary pop. He has performed countless concerts both in Greece and internationally, along with various television and radio performances.Kotsiras is widely recognized in Greece as one of the most prolific and popular singers of his generation, having sold millions of records and receiving many awards for his work. His latest album, Apogevmatini Politia, was released in 2015.
