Jayde Adams is an English comedienne, singer, and writer. Her career began in 2008 when she won a BBC New Comedy Award. Since then she's made numerous television appearances on BBC Two's Live at the Apollo, BBC One's The John Bishop Show and Channel 4's 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. She has co-written and starred in three solo shows at the Edinburgh Fringe, including The Ballad of Kylie Jenner’s Old Face in 2018. Adams released her debut album, Punk Kid, in 2020 and has performed alongside renowned artists such as Paloma Faith and Alison Moyet. In addition, she has published a book of poetry and short stories in 2021. Adams is an inspiring female figure in the comedy and music industry and shows no signs of slowing down.
