Josh Wink is an American DJ, producer, and musician hailing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is renowned as a pioneering force in the genres of Acid House, Breakbeat Techno, and Trance. Wink’s signature sound is heavily rooted in the European Wave forms while still maintaining an edge all his own. He is known for his classic singles such as “Higher States of Consciousness” and “Don’t Laugh” which continue to be favorites to this day and stand as milestones in the genres of Acid House and Electronic music. He has released over two dozen albums ever since his breakout 1995 release “A Higher State of Consciousness”. Wink has toured around the world to this day, a fixture and pioneer in the global Techno scene.
