About Toad the Wet Sprocket

Toad the Wet Sprocket is an American rock band formed in 1986 in Santa Barbara, California. The group consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Glen Phillips, guitarist Todd Nichols, bassist Dean Dinning, and drummer Randy Guss. Throughout their career, the band has released seven studio albums, three greatest hits albums, and numerous singles. Their breakout album, Fear, was released in 1991 and went Gold, spawning the hit single “all I want,” which hit the Top 20 on several charts, including the Billboard Hot 100. Other notable tracks include “Walk on the Ocean,” “Something’s Always Wrong,” and “Fall Down.” The band has been active for over three decades, surviving several lineup changes and even a decade-long hiatus. Toad the Wet Sprocket is now back in the studio, working on their upcoming album.
