Foreigner is an English–American rock band formed in New York City in 1976. It is renowned for its powerful sound as well as its classic rock and pop songwriting style. The band is made up of Mick Jones (guitarist/songwriter/producer), Lou Gramm (vocals), Dennis Elliott (drums/percussion), Rick Wills (bass guitar), and former members Al Greenwood (keyboards), Ian McDonald (guitar/keyboards) and Ed Gagliardi (bass guitar).

The group have recorded 10 studio albums and sold over 80 million records worldwide, making them one of the best-selling bands of all time. Their hits include 'I Want to Know What Love Is', 'Feels Like the First Time', 'Cold as Ice', 'Juke Box Hero' and 'Hot Blooded'. Over the course of their career, Foreigner has earned multiple Platinum and multi-Platinum album awards.
