Bruno Mars is an 11-time Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter born Peter Gene Hernandez on October 8, 1985 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He has earned acclaim for his hooky pop songs and his skill in crafting throwback soul, pop, and contemporary R&B tunes. Following the leak of one of his songs, Mars was signed by Atlantic Records and released his first full-length studio album, 2010’s “Doo-Wops & Hooligans”, led by the singles “Grenade” and “Just the Way You Are”. The album went seven-times Platinum and won a Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album. His second album, 2012’s “Unorthodox Jukebox”, had more of a funk and R&B flavor and was certified Platinum. In 2014, he teamed up with Mark Ronson for a global Number One single, “Uptown Funk
