Demented Are Go is a psychobilly band from Wales, UK, formed in 1983 by former The Outpatients members, Mark Phillips and Paul Fenech. Combining punk, rockabilly, surf, and Nashville Americana influences, their sound is best characterized as psychobilly. The original lineup of the band released several albums including Kicked Out of Hell, Bad Blood, Satan's Rejects, and Welcome Back to Insanity Hall before disbanding in 1994.
The band came together again for a reunion tour in 1997, and released In Sickness & In Health in 2000. They released Hellucifernation in 2004 and Skanking To The Grave in 2020. They have been praised for encouraging the growth of rockabilly-inspired subculture in the UK. Over the years, the band has toured extensively in Europe, North America, and Asia including tours with The Cramps in the late 1990s. Demented Are Go continues
