About Eagles Of Death Metal

Eagles Of Death Metal avatar

American rock band Eagles Of Death Metal were formed by musicians Jesse Hughes and Josh Homme in 1998. The band fuse garage rock with blues rock influences and have released four studio albums over their career, with their latest, 'Zipper Down', being released in 2015. They have collaborated with numerous musicians over the years, including Jake Blanton, Alain Johannes, and Mark Lanegan, and have supported a number of famous acts including The White Stripes and PJ Harvey. In September of 2016, they were the victim of a terrorist attack at a show in Paris which tragically ended the lives of the band's merchandise manager and 89 of their fans. Since then, they have demonstrated an incredible strength and courage as they continue to tour and record; most recently, they released an EP entitled 'I Love You All the Time', dedicated to those who died in the Paris attacks.
