Joker is an electronic music producer and DJ from Bristol, England. His trademark sound is a combination of grime, bassline, dubstep, garage and world influences. Joker has released three full-length albums on record labels such as Kapsize, Metalheadz, Hyperdub, and 4AD. His debut album, The Vision, featured the single, 'Gully Brook Lane', which earned him the nomination for 2008's 'Best Breakthrough Producer' at the International Breakspoll Awards. He has worked with other prominent acts such as Buggsy, Doctor P, and Trolley Snatcha. More recently, Joker has produced a series of EPs through his own label, Kapsize, along with underground label Deep Medi Muzik. He has also released several mix tapes and remixes and is a respected DJ at venues around the world.
