As their name suggests, Steel Panther seems to mock the golden days of heavy metal and glam rock in the most serious way possible. Founded in 2000 in the city of angles, Steel Panther have become known in both the music industry as well as in Hollywood for their profane lyrics and their humorous take on drugs, sex, and rock'n'roll. Their unusual style turned heads pretty quickly and began brushing shoulders with mainstream success, even selling out shows in their home town.
Despite the fun and exceptionally comical take on their music Steel Panther, their music is actually good. Their album debut under "Steel Panther" titled "Feel The Steel" released in 2009 and as an immediate crowd-pleaser and entering the Billboard chart. They didn't stop there and have released since a total of five studio albums!
