Daði Freyr is an Icelandic singer-songwriter based in Reykjavík. He is known for his creative blends of genres that land anywhere between dreamy pop and synth-driven electronic music, as well as his upbeat and positive attitude which is translated in his music. In 2020, Freyr won the Eurovision Song Contest for his entry "Think About Things" and gained global recognition. Prior to his win, he had already released his debut EP, ‘Believe’ in 2018, along with his debut album, ‘ACE’, in 2019. His energetic and infectious music have earned him a loyal fan base in Iceland and in the international music scene.
