The Game is an American rapper, songwriter, actor, and entrepreneur from Los Angeles, California. He is best known as a hip hop artist and a former member of G-Unit. His debut album, The Documentary, was released in 2005 and featured the top 10 single "Hate It or Love It" with 50 Cent. The album went multi-platinum and became one of the best-selling hip-hop albums of 2005. The Game has released four studio albums since The Documentary, including Doctor's Advocate in 2006, LAX in 2008, The R.E.D. Album in 2011, and the Jesus Piece in 2012. He has also released a number of mixtapes and a collaborative album with fellow rapper Stat Quo. Aside from music, The Game has appeared in films such as Waist Deep and Street Kings, and is the founder of his own record label, Black Wall Street.
