Before this survey came through, I was genuinely thinking I needed to send a review to express how impressed I was with the Tixel process! From purchasing tickets (auto-purchased from being on a wait list), to reminders about the event, pre-event text with my tickets, and scanning to check in - the process was seamless and so simple!

I had to re-arrange plans last minute and was really nervous that I wouldn’t be able to sell my festival ticket so close to when the festival was starting (day before!). I tried my luck on tixel anyway and the ticket sold quickly. The process was really straight forward and I received my money a few days later.
