Dean Brody is a Canadian country music singer-songwriter from Jaffray, British Columbia. Over the past 15 years, he has released 4 studio albums and a live album, as well as multiple singles and EPs. Brody has achieved several awards, including the 2019 JUNO Award for 'Country Album of the Year' for 'Gentleman'. His most successful songs have included the 2016 single 'Bush Party', which earned the Canadian Radio Music Awards' 'Song of the Year' in 2013 and 'It's Friday' in 2012, and the Juno-nominated 'Beautiful Freakshow'. Brody was inducted into the Canadian Country Music Association Hall of Fame in 2017. His music generally follows traditional country roots, but also incorporates elements of pop and rock.
