James TW is an award-winning singer-songwriter from the U.K. He originated as a cover artist on YouTube, releasing his first EP in 2014. James then released his debut album, First Impressions, in 2017. His music uses a combination of acoustic and folk music, combined with his powerful vocals.

James’ 2018 single “Ex” and his 2020 single “You & Me Both” were released to critical acclaim, and in 2021, he was the supporting act for Sam Smith’s European tour. He has since become popular worldwide, selling out shows in Europe, USA and Australia.

James has won two awards: the 2020 British Breakthrough Act at the Brits and the Breakthrough Act at the 2020 BBC Music Awards. His collaboration with Marvin Humes resulted in the song “Misunderstood” which is now certified platinum.
