Monuments is a metal band from the United Kingdom, formed in the early 2010s. Their music is a combination of progressive, groove, metal, and experimental influences. The group consists of Chris Barretto (vocals), John Browne (guitar), Olly Steele (guitar), Adam Swan (bass), and Mike Malyan (drums).

The band has released two studio albums, Gnosis in 2012 and The Amanuensis in 2014. Both have been well-received, and spawned several singles, including "97% Static", "Regenerate" and "Blue Sky Thinking".

Monuments performed at many major festivals, including Download Festival and the Euroblast Festival.They have also toured internationally, including Europe, the United States and Japan.

Monuments most recently released their EP Phronesis in December 2017, and are currently working on their third album. They have gained a loyal fanbase, and continue to be an exciting presence
