Raw Poetic tickets

Raw Poetic (born Ernesto Mazone) is an American hip-hop artist from Oakland, California. He is best known for his work with rapper/producer Kev Brown, the Pennsylvania-based recording artist, and as one half of the group ONYX. Raw Poetic is also part of the hip-hop label Low Budget. He is known for his lyrically-driven and soulful sound.

Raw Poetic released his debut album, Avant Gardening, in 2006. The album featured appearances from some of hip-hop’s finest, including MF Doom, Kev Brown, and Prozack Turner. The album was critically acclaimed and helped build Raw Poetic’s reputation as an artist to watch in the east-coast underground hip-hop scene.

In 2009, Raw Poetic released his third independent album, The More Things Change, to critical praise. It was followed by his fourth album, Reclamation, in 2012
