Soolking is a French-Algerian rap and trap artist from Marseille, France. His 2018 single "Dalida" became a massive hit in France and helped launch his career. He has since released two albums and many mixtapes, collaborating with artists such as Ninho and Dadju. His hip-hop style relies heavily on samples from the 1970s and 1980s, giving him an original, nostalgia-inducing sound. His music has been nominated for a few awards, and he has won several MTV Music Awards. He has over two million followers on Instagram as of 2021 and continues to put out music in both French and English.
