Diamante Eléctrico is a Colombian rock band formed in Bogotá in 2006. The band is made up of Juan Galeano, Rafa Charry, Leider Moya, Omar Gayón and Alejandro Duque and is widely considered one of the country's leading acts. Drawing on influences such as classic rock and Latin American rhythms, they have cemented their presence in the Colombian rock scene. They achieved their first commercial success with the release of the album Bailar Hasta Morir in 2009, which spawned the top-40 single “Todos los Días”. The band has since released three albums, Despegando in 2014, Episodio in 2016, and Río in 2018, all of which have been critically acclaimed. Diamante Eléctrico has also performed dozens of shows in Colombia as well as internationally, from Mexico City to Buenos Aires.
