Phil Kieran is a techno and house music artist and producer from Belfast, Ireland. Starting off his career in the late 1990s as a DJ and promoter, he is best known for electronic music releases on labels such as Soma, Cocoon, Race, Novamute, and Skint. He has also run his own record label, Phil Kerkan Records, since 1999. Over the years, he has collaborated with artists such as Lumik and J-T Stanhope, and is also a member of the techno group The White Noise, along with Luke Slater. Phil Kieran has created a distinctive, dream-like sound with his masterful production skills that make him one of the most exciting and innovative figures of the contemporary electronic music scene.
