100% legit. Heard good things about Tixel but was a bit wary of the process with the rise of scammers. There was no need for worry as the process was simple and I recieved my ticket instantly (with a name change). It was fast and seamless to transfer my Ticketek ticket (to Synthony), and I was paid after the ticket was used - which proved it was a valid ticket.
