About Clem Snide
Clem Snide is an alternative-country band formed by singer-songwriter Eef Barzelay in 1998. Based out of Brooklyn, New York, the band has released eight studio albums, including the gold-selling The Ghost of Fashion in 2000. They are best known for their mellow, folk-infused sound and Barzelay's witty and sarcastic lyricism. In 2006 their album, End of Love, was featured on NPR's "All Songs Considered." Clem Snide has toured extensively throughout the US and Europe and has enjoyed such a devoted fanbase that their 2004 single "Moment In The Sun" was the recipient of a XM Radio listener-voted "Fandamonium" award for best song of the week. After a brief hibernation in 2009, the band returned in 2011 with a new lineup and the release of their eighth studio album, Hungry Bird.
