Goat is a Sweden-based musical group that incorporates a variety of sounds based in African, psychedelic, and rock music, creating a unique style unlike any other. Although they initially started out as a blues-focused band, the members eventually pursued a different musical exploration, adopting their now signature African sounds. They have released a handful of albums since their debut in 2012, along with multiple singles and an EP. The band has toured extensively across the world, visiting Europe, North America, and Asia. In 2017, they released their most successful album to date, Requiem, which charted in multiple countries upon its release. They have since continued to produce experimental but accessible music, blending seamless live performances with custom production.
