Leona Lewis is an English singer-songwriter and animal welfare campaigner. She first became known to the public as the winner of the third series of the UK's popular TV talent show, The X Factor. Following her victory, in 2006, her debut single, "A Moment Like This", broke a world record after it was downloaded 50,000 times within thirty minutes.

She has gone on to have tremendous success, selling over 20 million records worldwide and having huge singles like "Bleeding Love", "Run" and "Better in Time". Lewis has also released four successful albums: Spirit, Echo, Glassheart and Christmas, with another fifth album, I Am, due for release in 2019. In addition to her own music, Lewis has also had successful collaborations with artists like Glee's Chord Overstreet and rapper T.I..

Her success has also earned her several awards including three MOBO Awards, two World Music Awards, four MTV Europe Music Awards
